When I’m feeling down, despondent, or demotivated, the best thing for to do is take a minute and regroup. This includes stepping away from whatever it is that's stressing me out (usually my work) and taking a breather. I know I can’t be the only one who gets into weird funks, so I’ve listed my favorite rituals for a night of self-care.
The modern woman is busy with school and work. She has many responsibilities and often times she prioritizes work over selfcare. Ladies, do not do this! Career is important but don’t neglect yourself. I’ve outlined a few apps for the working woman to help address personal aspects of your life.
