Cost & Timing
Domestic Shipments:

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to U.S orders of $75 or more. Orders being delivered to the East Coast will take 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped. Orders being delivered to the West Coast will take 5-7 days to be delivered once shipped.

U.S orders under $75 will incur an $8 Standard Shipping charge. Orders being delivered to the East Coast will take 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped. Orders being delivered to the West Coast will take 5-7 days to be delivered once shipped.

Expedited shipping options have varied costs depending on the option selected, delivery location, and package weight. Estimated delivery dates for expedited options are displayed during the checkout process.

Please note: Delivery may take up anywhere from 7-12 business days for orders placed during our peak holiday season, November through January. For expedited shipping options, we cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date.
International Shipments:

Orders shipping outside of the U.S have varied costs and delivery times depending on delivery location and package weight.

Fulfillment
If you place a domestic order with Standard Shipping before 12 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), your order will likely be fulfilled and shipped that same day. If you place a domestic order with Standard Shipping after 12 PM EST Monday through Friday or anytime on a weekend/holiday, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
If you place a domestic order with any expedited shipping method or an international order before 3 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), your order will likely be fulfilled and shipped that same day. If you place a domestic order with any expedited shipping method or an international order after 3PM EST Monday through Friday, or anytime on a weekend/holiday, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
General
After you place an order on AAVRANI.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 1 hour after the order has been placed. After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately cancelled.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The reason is that we pass the items off to a third party logistical carrier, that being USPS, UPS, or DHL. USPS, UPS, and DHL are separate businesses from AAVRANI. Although we wish we could, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, and we rely on these other companies. As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.

Returns
Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your AAVRANI.com purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We are delighted to offer complimentary returns for all domestic AAVRANI.com orders. If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
Only products purchased on AAVRANI.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location or retail store's website (i.e: sephora.com) for an exchange or refund.
We also cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with tampered with or other creams for refund or exchange.
Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
We require all returns to be processed through our customer service team, if you do not reach out to them, and return your products without their consent, reimbursement can not be initiated. To begin the return and refund process, email hello@AAVRANI.com for a complimentary pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
