When can I expect my Holiday Beauty Event order to arrive?

Please know that we are working as hard as we can to get your order to you! If you place an order before 12 P.M. EST on a business day, you can expect your order to ship out that same day. If you place an order after 12 P.M. EST on a business day or on a weekend/holiday, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once shipped, domestic orders take approximately 3-7 days to arrive at its destination. International orders can take anywhere between 15-25 days for delivery.

What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order on AAVRANI.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that we received your order. A Client Care Specialist reviews and handles every order. The Order Confirmation email you receive does not confirm your order is being fulfilled and shipped. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email to confirm. If we cannot fulfill your order, a Client Care Specialist will send a follow-up email and the purchase amount will be returned to your method of payment.

Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on volume.

TIMING:

Shipping Timing For 2022 Holiday Beauty Event Orders: If you place an order before 12 P.M. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), your order will likely ship the same day. If you place an order after 12 P.M. EST on a business day or on a weekend/holiday, it will take 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Timing During Non-Promotional Periods: Standard orders placed before 1 P.M. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship the same day. Expedited orders placed before 3 P.M. EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.


COSTS:

  • FREE Standard U.S. Shipping, automatically applied to orders over $75, takes 3-5 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped (Please note: delivery may take up to 7 days for orders placed during our peak holiday season)
  • Standard U.S Shipping, applied to orders under $75, have a $5 charge and take 3-5 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped (Please note: delivery may take up to 7 days for orders placed during our peak holiday season)
  • Two-Day U.S Expedited Shipping is $20 and takes 2 business days
  • Overnight U.S Shipping is $30 and takes 1 business day
  • We do not offer free shipping on international orders. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on shipping location and weight of the order.

  • CARRIERS:

  • FedEx signature required upon request
  • FedEx does not consider weekends and holidays as business days
  • PO box address will also be delivered via USPS and does not qualify for expedited shipping

  • DELIVERIES USING 3RD PARTY SERVICES AND FORWARDING:
    We are not responsible for packages being delivered by third party shipping agencies as well as the contents or the delivery once it has arrived to its original destination.

    What is your return policy?

    U.S. DOMESTIC:

    Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your AAVRANI.com purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We are delighted to offer complimentary returns for all domestic AAVRANI.com orders. If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.

    Only products purchased on AAVRANI.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.

    We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.

    We also cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with tampered with or other creams for refund or exchange.

    Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.

    We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.

    If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

    We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.

    Simply email hello@AAVRANI.com for a complimentary prepaid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.

    What forms of payment does AAVRANI accept?

    We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for AAVRANI orders. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay and offer flexible payments through Shop Pay and Klarna.

    If a product goes out of stock during a promotion, can I apply the promo when the product is back in stock?
