Hey! Rooshy here – Founder & CEO of AAVRANI. I wanted to write a note for our blog readers to express how thrilled I am to finally share our Hair Care Collection with the world. After four years in the making, I couldn't be prouder of the products we've developed in partnership with Lilly Singh to unlock your hair’s full potential!

How We Got Here

Reflecting on the journey, if you had told my younger self that I would one day collaborate with Lilly Singh to launch hair care products at Sephora, I would have found it hard to believe.

I began my career in finance and the monotony of those days spurred me to seek change, leading me to pursue business school in search of my passion. It was during this time that I serendipitously shared the cherished hair and skin recipes passed down from my Indian heritage with a classmate.

Together, we took a leap of faith and launched AAVRANI in 2018, driven by a mission to modernize these treasured Ayurvedic rituals and make them accessible to all.

In 2020, our product development journey expanded into hair care. After sending Lilly our skin care line, she reached out to be a bigger part of the brand and, after sharing my vision for clinically-proven Ayurvedic hair care, she was all in!

The Products To Maximize Your Hair's Potential

Our journey crafting these four hair products was meticulous. We tested, refined, and tested again until we achieved perfection. Each product embodies our standards: they are vegan, science-backed, cruelty-free, suitable for pregnancy, and work for all hair types and textures:

Hair Density Boosting Treatment

A weightless daily hair growth scalp serum that’s proven to deliver meaningful new growth in 8 weeks! I recommend applying a few drops to every area of concern: widening part, hairline, etc. The results will amaze you!

Hair & Scalp Recovery Oil

This oil works in two ways, as a pre-wash scalp oil and a post-wash hair oil. I love to use this as a pre-wash oil twice a week and apply several droppers directly to my scalp section by section, waiting at least 10 minutes before rinsing. After styling my hair, I apply a few drops of the oil from mid-lengths to ends to help control frizz.

Strength & Density Duo Mini Gift Set

A travel-size duo set that features the Hair Density Boosting Treatment and the Hair & Scalp Recovery Oil. Together, this duo works to visibly improve hair density and reduce shedding while combating damage and fighting frizz. Intensive Repair Conditioning Hair Mask

This pillowy soft hair mask is my go-to to add softness, shine and volume to my hair. I use it 1-2X per week in place of my conditioner and leave it on for 10 minutes. The biotin and rice protein inside help to smooth and hydrate and repair damage and breakage.

Scalp Rescue Serum

This OTC anti-dandruff formula is a leave-in scalp serum that instantly cools and soothes itchy, dry scalp. Apply at least 2X per week directly onto the scalp targeting areas of concern.
